Sensory grounding is a simple yet powerful technique that helps you feel safe, calm, and present. By engaging your five senses—sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste—you can ease stress, regain control of your emotions, and find clarity in the present moment.

In this workshop, we’ll blend sensory grounding with journaling exercises to create a space where you can relax, reflect, and grow.

How often should I meet with a life coach?

This varies from client to client. As a life coach I have clients who have more than one
session a week but also one session a month. I like to work flexibly so my clients get the
best for themselves.

Are coaching sessions in person or online?

As your life coach, I tend to work online. IT facilities are so good nowadays working remotely is a very flexible way to work together and holds very few barriers. It also helps to
keep costs down and with such busy lifestyle gives us more time in our day.

Think about your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve through coaching. It can also help to reflect on past successes and obstacles. As your life coach I will guide you
